Current illness prevention policy

WAPS Artificial Intelligence (AI) Policy: This practice does not utilize AI in any aspect of clinical treatment. All therapeutic interventions, assessments, and clinical decisions are conducted by your licensed provider. 

Client Payments

Clients will receive a billing statement in the mail at the address on file for service fees that are not covered by insurance, including co-pay and deductibles. At any time after receipt of a paper statement, clients may "opt-in" to electronic (email) statements by logging into the payment portal as indicated on their paper statement or using the link below.

Payments on your account can be made easily and securely through our Payment Portal.

Please use the account number listed on your statement. Please do NOT "Pay as guest."
